About the Job

The Medical Records Coordinator provides support and assistance to the operations related to Medical Records and office supplies. Duties include, but not limited to monitoring service agreements and medical record forms (i.e. HHABN), assisting with answering phones and ensuring sufficient frequently used office supplies are available. 

High school graduate or GED preferred. Experience in medical office administration preferred. Home care experience a plus

Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills including telephone etiquette.  Ability to multitask. Ability to accept direction and supervision.   Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Clerical skills including typing, filing, copying and faxing. Possesses a high regard for and attention to detail and organization. Must be a team player, portray a positive attitude. Dependable and punctual.
