About the Job
The Administrative Assistant for Quality is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Executive Director of Quality, Compliance & Education and other management personnel in the department. Administrative duties include: Retrieving/generating reports including creating spreadsheets, graphs and PowerPoint presentations. Maintains performance data tracking tools, oversees ongoing record audit activities; organizes committee meetings and documents follow-up activities. Processes confidential transactions and prepares reports.
Associate’s degree or High School Graduate with additional training and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role.
